I bought these for my wood mounted rubber stamps. I used to display my stamps on a shelf (I used them frequently back then) but then many of my favorites became hard over the years. I wish I had stored them in an airtight container. Unfortunately, I found out these boxes are not exactly airtight. Also, the latch is a little tricky sometimes (has to line up just right). HOWEVER, they make my stamps so accessible and easy to sort and see that I feel they are helping me use them more often. So much nicer than going through stacks of stamps in a drawer or tote. I'm going to keep my older stamps in these containers and use them as long as I can.
