Amended Review

I previously raved, but after spending some more time with these, some beefs... 1) they seam split very easily. Don't even think about putting a 2xLP gatefold in these, they can't handle it. 2) they are awkward to flick through on the shelves. This is due to the bottom to top length. They are too long. This causes them to be significantly taller than the album itself in the rack and causes the user to have to flick through from the side. Customer flick from the top by habit and consistently seam split them as a result. Customers are also frustrated with this. They should be cut to the more traditional LxW format of other sleeve. I still love the clarity and thickness, but after working with these for a while, I can't justify reordering unless these issues are resolved.

I was skeptical because the price seemed really good for a 4mil sleeve so I started with 100 to test out. The size is consistent and the thickness and clarity are A+ grade. The opening edges are quite rigid so you may need to be patient with inserting some sleeves so as not to mar the paper. I will be ordering more of these.

These Record Sleeves Rule!

It seems like most outer record sleeves are kinda cloudy, but not these sleeves. They are crystal clear. They are 4 mil and thicker than traditional sleeves. They don't don't seem baggy with single LPs, and they will fit most double LP/gatefolds. They are seriously my favorite sleeve and they are super affordable.
